❥ 1. Do you do commissions?

- No I do not do commissions of any kind.

❥ 2. Can you modify/color change/etc. this avatar I bought from you?

- Again, no. That is counted as a commission, and the reason I sell packages is for the person that buys it to be able to do the mods they want!

❥ 3. Can I commission/ask someone to modify/color change/etc. this avatar I bought from you?

- For that to be allowed, the person that will modify your avatar also NEEDS to own a license to that same avatar, aka you must buy it for them as a gift, they must already own said avatar, or they must purchase it for themselves. Otherwise it is counted as leaking, and it is ILLEGAL.

❥ 4. Do you do uploads?

- Nope, I only sell packages due to lack of time.

❥ 5. Can my friend/someone else upload my avatar for me?

- (Similar to the answer above), For that to be allowed your friend/person that will upload your avatar also NEEDS to own a license to that same avatar, aka you must buy it for them as a gift, they must already own said avatar, or they must purchase it for themselves. Otherwise it is counted as leaking, and it is ILLEGAL.

❥ 6. How can I gift/buy an avatar/asset to/for someone?

- If you want to gift an avatar/asset from my shop to someone, please use the GIFT CARDS available here, Make sure to read the description!

❥ 7. Can I buy with Paypal?

- The only way you can buy from me is through my shop. Paypal is not an option.

❥ 8. My payment is not going through/getting declined/etc. from your shop, why?

- If you have not read the huge warning message at the top of my shop, it is because your bank is stopping the payment from going through, please contact your bank/card issuer regarding that issue. You must confirm that you want to make that payment.

❥ 9. Why is 'X' avatar missing/gone, will it be back?

- It was taken down, and no it won't be back unless stated otherwise.

❥ 10. I made a mistake on my purchase, misspelled email/name/discord/etc., can that be fixed?

- Yes, you can join my server and open a support ticket regarding your issue, we will get to it asap!

❥ 11. Are your avatars Quest compatible?

- No, I do NOT make quest compatible avatars.

❥ 12. Can I use your avatar for streaming/vtubing/youtubing/etc. (anything in that kind of media)?

- Yes, as long as credit is given to me with links to my shop/discord server. ^^ (Please check my TOS).
